EFS Specialist II Opportunity at Stanford Federal Credit Union!
** This is a hybrid/ in office position.

Who you are:
- Two to three years’ relative experience in the financial services industry.
- A four-year degree (BS, BA, BSC, etc.) from an accredited College or University preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of OFAC and BSA (office of foreign assets control)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, along with a demonstrated ability to meet set goals.
- Ability to accurately process various types of transactions for members.
What you’ll DO:
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign wires are processed. Confirm wires are scanned for OFAC/BSA requirements and verify/acknowledge any OFAC hit.
- Perform a wide variety of account research, including resolving member disputes, complaints or inquiries.
- Ensure escheatment process is followed according to each State’s requirements
- Be a backup for other department functions including mobile deposit, share draft, ACH, levies, ATM adjustments.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
