Position
Pacific Office Automation is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the POA team at our headquarters in Beaverton, OR.
Here’s what POA is looking for in candidates:
- Detail oriented with high level of attention to financial accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Task oriented individual who embodies a high level of self-accountability
- Dependable self-starter
Essential Job Duties:
- Process payroll for 1,400+ employees in 10 states
- Review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and make corrections as needed
- Assist with calculation and audit of monthly and quarterly bonuses for sales personnel
- Auditing PTO balances to ensure balances are complete and accurate
- Review employee changes, including pay rate changes, terminations, and position changes
- Preparing custom reports for accounting and auditing purposes
- Assist with 401(k) enrollments and reports, monthly health insurance enrollment and COBRA reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business Administration / Accounting preferred but not required
- Or 2+ years' of payroll or accounting experience in lieu of degree
- Paylocity experience is a plus
