Responsibilities:
Processes bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll, including preparation activities, processing reports, prior / mid and after validation and analysis. Processes special payrolls on a regular basis. Interacts with Payroll, Compensation, Finance and Benefits staff regarding issues and individual pay components which impact payroll and accurate pay to employees and providers. Coordinates corrective actions with Payroll Manager, Payroll staff member and HR staff members as needed.

Salary Range: $58,223.20 to $76,417.95 (Salary determined by applicable experience)


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education

A.
Associates Degree or 1.5 years equivalent work experience per year of school
B.

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

A.

5 years of financial experience including at least 3 years in Payroll or Time and Attendance system. Experience with large-scale payroll and time management systems with similar functionalities to Lawson, Oracle and Kronos.

Experience with payroll / time management systems conversions, testing and/or audit support

Experience with generating reports in Excel and/or time management and payroll systems. Strong Excel skills.
