Role: Payroll & Benefits Senior Analyst

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and post monthly close entries related to but not limited to payroll, benefits, intercompany transactions and/or allocations.

· Complete account reconciliations and roll forward of general ledger accounts. Analyze reconciling activity by performing research and following up with appropriate departments/companies.

· Ensuring all daily and month accounting activities are completed.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other timely information requests for Customers.

· Maintaining and operating effective internal controls as well as thorough procedural documentation Support internal and external audit requests. In addition, maintain compliance with SOX controls.

· Participate in financial reporting process for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the quarterly submissions to Japan.

· Coordinate with various departments for required data support in journal entries, flux analysis, and other miscellaneous requests.

· Support various projects, including ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, process improvement and finance initiatives.

· Support key company and department initiatives.

· Propose and implement improvements to existing analyses and develop additional analyses and activity metrics to meet changing business and informational needs.

List the position Requirements:

· Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) - Mandatory

· 5-10 years of accounting experience - Mandatory

· Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, HFM - Mandatory

Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:

· CPA

· Public Accounting

· Project experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
