Job Description : PC Management Architect

Responsibilities

• AMER Endpoint Digital Experience Monitoring Architect (70% of workload)

Planning

• Pro-actively manage relationships with Zone internal stakeholders and identify their requirements
• Understand, challenge and clarify internal stakeholders’ requirements and manage the right balance between those requirements and IT constraints and capabilities, assess if we have the right capabilities.
• Manage relationships with technology providers, follow technology trends / best practices and identify potential value for the User Experience.
• Define Zone roadmap for Digital Experience Monitoring capability
• Design and Build evolutions/releases/features of Digital Experience Monitoring capabilities (dashboard/report evolution, introduction of new tools, integration with ITSM …)

RUN

• Detect significant bugs or other issues impacting the user experience and proactively address them with support teams
• Level 3 support, technical escalation point

• AMER Mobile and MAC device management Subject Matter Expert / Service Delivery Manager (30% of workload)
• Manage coordination of AMER Hubs for the continuous evolution of the service
• Accountable for operational efficiency of Domain services and SLA
• Accountable for compliance with group security policy

Experience and expected qualities

• To fill this position, we’re looking for an Endpoint Management Expert with extensive experience in level 3 support to global endpoints Windows workstation environment, and advanced practice of building dashboards / reports to drive continuous user experience improvement.
• 10+ years of experience
• English/Spanish proficiency

• Experience with Endpoint/Network Experience monitoring tools (Tanium, Lakeside, Nexthink, Thousand Eyes …)
• MEM / Intune
• Windows analytics
• Power BI
• SQL
• Power shell
• AD / AAD
• Advanced networking knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
