A fun, state of the art, family owned pediatric dental office looking for a FUN, SOCIAL, team member to join our growing dental family. This position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills along with friendly chairside manner.

Daily Duties:

-Address phones/emails/text messages

-Verify and explain patient insurance benefits

-Scheduling appointments

-Collect patient payments

-Check-in and check-out patients

Skills required:

-1 year of dental office experience

-Strong phone and interpersonal skills

-Competency in basic computer and phone skills

-Ability to be a team player who enjoys working and assisting with others

-Must be a problem solver, task oriented, and pay attention to detail

-Flexible, helping with another front office role if needed temporarily

-Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
