Breakthrough Therapy, LLC (BTT) is a private outpatient pediatric clinic in Miami, FL seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and innovative Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech Therapy Assistant who loves children to join our growing team. BTT is committed to providing the highest quality pediatric therapy to children with special needs. We offer pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy within an array of settings (clinic, homes, schools, day cares, and virtually).

Role Responsibilities:

· Evaluation and treatment of speech, pragmatic, language, dysphagia, and/or feeding disorders.

· The number one champion and advocate for your client's development in their naturalistic setting (home, daycare, preschool, park, library, playground, etc.).

· Proactively manage your caseload, scheduling, and therapy sessions.

· Support parents in learning ways to foster their child's unique development.

· Prompt and professional client communication, billing, and scheduling.

· Provide best in class techniques, strategies and educational materials for families to further treatment progress.

· Complete necessary documentation within the required timeframe, including treatment notes and progress reports.

SLP Requirements:

· Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

· Current Florida license; ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).

· At least one year’s experience with the pediatric population is preferred.

· Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for clients.

· Collaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills.

· Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, reliable transportation necessary.
