For Immediate Hire - Personal Care Service Assistant (PCA) – Caregiver

Experienced Personal Care Service Assistants are needed. Rewarding career helping others and opportunity for advancement. Nursing students and CNA's are encouraged to apply. We are a Home Care Agency looking for qualified prospective employees to provide personal care services to help people remain independent in their homes. You will assist people who need cueing and support, have disabilities or are older. Preferred candidates will have some health care training and/or prior experience in this field. We provide paid training. Basic First Aid training will be required prior to assignment. Duties may include personal care, meal prep and grocery shopping, with flexible hours and schedule dependent upon the person you will assist. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts will be available. Up to 20 to 30 hours of work will be available; some with odd hours, as referrals are received. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. CBI background check and CAPS check will be required as well as employment/personal references. COVID vaccinations or request for a waiver will be required Day 1 of employment. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour. Differential for consumers with higher level of need (IHSS Program participants)
