The Position:

This company is looking for a highly skilled Personal Lines Department Lead to help manage and grow the company's Personal Lines Department. Some examples of job duties include:

• Mentor, coach and assist a team of Account Managers and Executives.

• Facilitate and manage strong carrier relationships with a plethora of different carriers

• Serve as the Account Executive on key accounts

• Work closely and collaborate with the Executive Team to develop strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, values, and objectives, and to help create an awesome company culture.

The right candidate will have some of the following qualities:

• A True Leader - You enjoy being a leader and helping others grow in knowledge and customer service skills

• Managerial - You have supervised, trained, or mentored other Junior Account Managers in the past

• Experience - You have extensive (5+ years) experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager

• Connections - You have strong relationships with local carriers, and have experience with maintaining relationships with carriers

• Evolution - You are looking to grow and take on more managerial duties as time goes on
