AmeriPest Solutions, LLC is looking to hire a Full Time Pest Control Technician with excellent customer service skills, integrity and a strong work ethic!

It is in the mission of American Pest Solutions (DBA: AmeriPest Solutions) to provide Full Service Pest Control to commercial and residential clients of Southwest Missouri & Northwest Arkansas. Our knowledgeable technicians are trained on the most up to date reactive and preventative treatment methods and products to be able to provide our customers with the most effective services.

At AmeriPest Solutions our Clients are our highest priority. We have a strong professional relationship with each of them which is key to the success of business. We are in search of a good communicator and problem solver to work together with our clients to resolve their pest issues.

Our Technicians are hardworking, detail oriented and enjoy working independently while still following all safety policies and procedures. They must use their good time management skills and organization in order to complete all tasks while solving any issues that may arise during the day.

Technician - To perform Integrated Pest Management (General Pest Control) for clients on a preventative and reactive basis. Our services are catered to Commercial & Residential clients. We also provide specialty pest control (German Roach, Flea, Bed Bug Treatments) reactively for those clients with the need.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+
• Lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Clean driving record.
• Hard-working,
• Detail Oriented
• Independent / Organized
• Must have good time management skills.
• Smartphone, tablet and scheduling software capable
• Pass a State / Federal Background Check

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Service
• Respond to work orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks from beginning to end.
• Keep a clean work environment.
• Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
• Effectively solve customer pest problems, proactively resolve future potential issues.
• Complete service documentation that is accurate, thorough and timely.
• Actively seek and take advantage of opportunities to promote and sell additional company services.
