Petroleum Customer Service
JOB PURPOSE: To support wilco energy department via customer service and administrative skills
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall customer service for bulk fuel trucks.

Responsibilities

• Balance delivery truck meters daily.
• Maintain bulk fuel inventory spreadsheet daily.
• Log fuel pulls from Circle K storage and generate a daily PO for these gallons.
• Pass off bulk fuel deliveries from SmartLogix and invoice in Epicor daily.
• Match printed delivery receipts to printed invoices, verifying accuracy of delivery address, product, price per gallon, method of payment, etc.
• File daily sales invoices.
• Communicate issues with Petroleum Office Supervisor.

Special Skills/Training

• Ability to interact effectively with vendors, customers, and co-workers.
• Ability to thoroughly operate a computer and other automated office machines.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Ability to maintain both accuracy and speed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Experience/Education

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of prior customer service experience.

Working Conditions

• Office. Potential for remote work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.45 - $20.50 per hour
