Pharmacist (Clinical Care)
Job description
Professional Dynamic Network, Inc. (PDN) is looking for a Pharmacist for a hospital system located in Chicago, IL. The Pharmacist (Clinical Care) provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients by delivering clinically oriented pharmacy services in the inpatient and outpatient areas.
JOB TYPE: Temporary but ongoing (at least one year)
SCHEDULE: 7a.m.-3p.m.
PAY: $65.00 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Illinois
- Must have successfully completed of a Clinical Pharmacy Residency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum one year of inpatient hospital experience
- Must have COVID-19 Vaccine and booster
