Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for our Embedded Pharmacy team located in our contracted provider sites.

Primary duties may include, but not limited to:

• Support staff development and team building
• Support clinical team optimization
• Support the development of practice related policies/procedures and guidelines which promote medication safety, appropriate use of medications, formulary compliance, cost-effective practice, and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Planning and organization skills and a high regard for attention to detail
• Ability to solve routine problems and manage resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 2 years of pharmacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background preferred

** This is a WFH position with some travel requirements.

Candidate should reside in Mason, OH or surrounding areas.
