Job description
Our company is seeking a Pharmacy Technician A- to join our retail facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, contacting insurance companies, handling billing questions, completing insurance forms and verifying insurance coverage when prescription medications are being processed. A successful candidate will have at least one year of pharmacy experience and a dedication to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Take down prescriptions; Deliver prescriptions to patients.; Answer phone calls and respond to questions.; Gather and organize information for insurance companies and pharmacy records.; Schedule appointments for pharmacists to fill; Assist pharmacists with filling prescriptions for customers; Assist customers in locating medication in the pharmacy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.99 - $24.15 per hour
