ACE Cash Express is currently recruiting for a Regional Security Associate. We are seeking candidates who enjoy a fast paced and high energy social environment and prefer to be in a challenging yet rewarding role. The Regional Security Associate is responsible for providing Security and alarm related support to our internal customers and external vendors. Support will be delivered via telephone, OSS tickets, and email. Additionally, the Regional Security Associate will serve as the security advisor for an assigned area providing guidance, support, and incident mitigation strategies. This position reports to the Physical Security Manager.

Major Responsibilities

  • Addresses technical and procedural inquiries from ACE locations including diagnosis of security/alarm hardware.
  • Assists field leadership with security related coding and inquiries.
  • Schedules and monitors vendor technician support calls and ensures timely response to escalated issues.
  • Promotes security training and initiatives to an assigned region.
  • Serves as the security advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to an assigned region.
  • Achieves satisfactory performance in common support center metrics.
  • Demonstrates a commitment and dedication to exemplary customer service.
  • Partners with regional leadership providing support of critical incidents.
  • Acts as a liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement officials.
  • Works an on-call rotation

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience a plus
  • Minimum of one-year experience in the Security industry and/or experience working in a Security/Alarm Services environment
  • Must be proficient with computer usage, and be able to accurately enter data and notes
  • Experience documenting incoming calls via computer applications/databases is required

Physical Demands

The position is required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands, and to have appropriate vision to see up close and at a distance with ability to adjust vision and focus. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds. May require some overtime work.  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days and operational hours are Monday through Saturday, 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CT. This position requires shift work which may include after hours and weekend work.
