Hamaspik of Kings County Inc., is currently seeking per diem NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide therapeutic services in home settings for our Early Intervention program serving all 5 NYC boroughs with highest concentration in Brooklyn. At Hamaspik we value the importance of a team centered, multi disciplinary therapeutic approach.

Compensation starting at $52 for 30 minute session.

Responsibilities include:

* Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays

* Create family centered treatment goals to facilitate carryover and maximum progress.

* Monitor & assess intervention effectiveness utilizing a multi disciplinary approach.

* Maintain appropriate documentation of therapy sessions and caregiver communication.

* Educate families and caregivers about the therapeutic process.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience with children who have disabilities, in the Early Intervention

* Excellent written & verbal communication skills

* Desire to improve the quality of life of children with special needs.

*Bilingual a plus (Yiddish and Spanish)

* DOH fingerprinting clearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
