Job description
High paying home health PT contract available from HumanEdge Staffing. 13 weeks, 40 hours per week. Local and travel Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply. Home health experience required. HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
- Location: Fredericksburg, TX
- Contract Details: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 5 day work week. Occasional weekends may be required. On-call not required
- Productivity: 30 units (weighted by visit type) for 40 hours
- EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and other therapy professionals
- Create, review and modify individual PT plan and goals for assigned patients
- Plan and conduct therapy sessions
- Electronic charting and documentation
- DPT degree from an APTA approved program
- Physical Therapy Licensure in the state services will be rendered
- 1+ years of home health experience
- Experience in electronic charting
- BLS
