Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 1800.00
We are looking for a Physical Therapist (not a PTA) to work between our facilities in Cahokia and Caseyville IL. The facilities are 15 minutes apart. The therapist will be responsible for evaluations, PTA supervision and treatments. There will be some days the therapist needs to work in both building, but not everyday. Schedule will depend on caseload and admissions.
