Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley (MILV) is one the largest independent private practice radiology groups and we are located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We currently have over 95 radiologists and continuously growing. We provide exclusive radiology services to Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a university-affiliated network. Join us and grow with the company! We are seeking a full-time team member to join our Physician Scheduling Team!

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
• Experience in a scheduling environment requiring timely responses to requests while multi-tasking is required.

• Effective management of communication efforts requiring both initiation and follow-up is required.

• Experience with scheduling software is preferred. There is no patient contact or scheduling of procedures, but knowledge of imaging modalities would be preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate Degree preferred

• Microsoft Excel - Required
• Administrative Experience: 1-3 years in related work experience
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
