Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, a partner with JPS Health Network is seeking a motivated and ambitious physician to join the Gastroenterology Division of the Internal Medicine Department as aFull Time General Gastroenterologist.

The hospital is located in the heart of The Magnolia Village and Medical District of Fort Worth, the 17th-largest city in the U.S. and one of Americas Most Livable Communities. Ranked among top 10 U.S. places to live with the highest pay adjusted to cost of living, affordable housing, and an unemployment rate below the national average. Position Description
Rotating 4-5 weeks General Call (7 day blocks)
o Call Coverage 24/7
Inpatient Consults and Endoscopy procedures M-F (not on weekends)
o EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS and multiple interventions
5 Days Outpatient Clinic

6 Gastroenterologist APPs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be comfortable working in a large public/county facility
Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge in gastroenterology and competency in assessment techniques, diagnosis and treatment processes
Must have good interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills
Must be self-directed and take initiative to develop and participate in community activities and medical outreach programs
Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient valued behavior
A commitment to medical education, including teaching and training medical and graduate students, house staff, and fellows
A commitment to lead and support efforts to enhance the climate of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the Division

Required Education and Experience:
Current Medical Doctor (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
Residency and/or Fellowship training within specialty.

Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas.
Board Certification or Board Eligible.
