Willis-Knighton Physician Network has an exciting and challenging position for a highly motivated IT Manager to work in the healthcare field. As part of your duties, you will deploy and maintain many varieties of desktop computers, laptop devices, printers, scanners, and servers. As the Manager in this department, you will work with other leaders and users in the health system to make IT recommendations based on the most up to date trends in technology.
The Manager of IT must possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of settings to include technical, healthcare, vendor clients, and possibly IT contacts at the federal and state level.
Other job duties can include ordering, purchasing, and maintaining the budget for thousands of devices to include a refresh schedule ensuring devices are up to date. The candidate needs strong technical knowledge in the IT field, with experience in directing a dynamic team of Technicians and Helpdesk experts to maintain connectivity for our healthcare specialists that support our local community
