Job description
Responsible for all front office functions in a physician office, including patient relations, appointment scheduling, telephone duties, patient registration, insurance verification, handling medical records, cashiering and computer work. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires a high school diploma. Prefers at least one year of experience in a medical office. Requires good customer service skills.
