Dickey's Barbecue Pit is the largest barbecue franchise in the country and one of the fastest growing restaurant chains. We are now hiring for our Constitution Avenue location.

With tips the average pay ranges from $14-15/hour.

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

- Friendly, cheerful disposition

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to carry out specified daily procedures with attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers

- Punctual and dependable

- "Can-do" positive attitude

- Team player

- Ability to deliver food via company vehicle

- Previous restaurant experience a plus but not required
