The Queen Creek Olive Mill is a family-owned, single-unit gourmet grocer with a well-established brand. It grows olives to produce Arizona's only award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We are looking for a Pizzaiolo to join our team!

- Ensure all menu items and prepared foods are consistently prepared and served according to the cafe’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards as per the approved recipe book
- Understanding of POS (point of sale) systems and proper cash handling
- Ensure that proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points are maintained
- Move with a “Sense of Urgency” at all times
- Checklists that involve opening, closing, and daily operational activities are of the utmost importance and must be followed and logged
- Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, published recipes and specials, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
