Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician on Fort Huachuca, located in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

• Non-remote: A sign-on relocation bonus is available.

In this position, you will provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens associated PKI credentialing for daily operations. See detailed shift hours below.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and support for all Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology.
• Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.
• Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.
• Maintain a key service of PKI systems.
• Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed
• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systems.
• Propose and implement improvements to PKI in accordance with standard procedures and change control policies and procedures.
• Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.
• Implement changes to the PKI infrastructure in accordance with standard procedures and change control policies and procedures.

  US Citizen
• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance (we will sponsor the right candidate).
• Associate Degree in a related field and five plus (5+) years of relevant experience.
• IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE) equivalent or higher.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (3+) years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Shift/Hours Information:

• Weekly Tuesday - Saturday
• 1600-0000 (4:00 PM – 12 AM)
• Flexibility is required as this is a 24/7/365 operation
