Shift / Pay: Day Shift hours Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Starting pay - $18.000 per hour, new hire bonus at 30 days and 6 months. Monthly attendance bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols
- Comply with the standards of the current level of SQF2000 Systems for general food processing and be trained in all required food safety programs including, but not limited to, Personal Hygiene, Allergens, Sanitation and HACCP
- Following all GMP's
- Proper operation of equipment.
- Lock-out, Tag-out.
- Sanitation procedures
- Operate all packaging equipment on the line
- Perform periodic maintenance on equipment
- Complete a continual visual inspection of the product, including but not limited to, labels, components and cleanliness
- Ensure all production is processed according to the work instructions
- Assist in troubleshooting any operational inefficiencies or downtime
- Maintain all documentation as required for food safety certification
- Ensure to follow all food safety certification standards for housekeeping and organization.
- The operator will rotate to all positions on the line to best meet the needs of production.
- Housekeeping. Follow and maintain facility housekeeping standards based on Master Sanitation Schedule
- Other duties as assigned
