Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of working in plastic surgery and/or dermatology office.
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Works well with others in a collaborative effort to ensure flow of office is maintained
- Execution and follow through essential in daily tasks
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Exercises sound decision making and capable of self-directing
- Exceptional organizational, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:
- Empower patients to make confident decisions to undergo plastic surgery both surgical and non-invasive.
- Answer all incoming calls in and efficient and timely manner, redirecting calls to appropriate staff.
- Confirm appointments and manage overall schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Coordinate surgeries: surgery scheduling with surgical facility, post-operative appointments, consents, and pre and post-operative instructions.
- Confirm that all PreOp requirements/paperwork are complete, and that PreOp information is sent to the appropriate surgery facility within given time frame
- Follow up with patients after surgeries and procedures to ensure their needs are met, as well as potential patients via lead management software
- Create invoices and collect and record payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to provide materials needed for the practice.
- Check phone and email messages regularly and return calls in a timely manner
- Respond to social media and website inquiries quickly
- Respond to patient needs quickly and proactively
- Develop and coordinate marketing strategies with Marketing Director
- Update information and photos on physician’s social media website for marketing purposes
- Administrative duties as necessary
- Clean rooms, autoclave, and assist with in office procedures
- Back office inventory
- Daily follow through with lead management system
- Acccounts payable and receivable as needed
