Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Install, and repair water, gas, and other piping systems in residential or commercial environments.
  • Inspect structures, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passages within walls and floors.
  • Troubleshoot and test installed pipe systems and pipelines.
  • Assemble, install, maintain, or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and hardware.
  • Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes.
  • Promote, maintain, and adhere to OSHA regulations.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of related residential, commercial, or industrial experience.
  • Working experience using blueprints or technical diagrams.
  • Experience in layout and installation of all sizes of copper, cast iron, gas, acid waste and PVC pipe.

Requirements:

  • Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
  • Have tools of the trades.
