Lexington Home Brands is looking for an experienced Plywood Frame Assembler in our Upholstery Operation in Hildebran, NC.
Offering a $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus
First Shift Hours: 6:00 am-3:30 pm Monday – Thursday & 6:00 am-10:00 am Fridays

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Pull frame pieces off buggy.
- Read tickets prior to building frames to verify options.
- Final assemble piece using hammer, staples and proper amount of glue, applied neatly.
- Makes sure joints are closed tightly and frames are individually checked for squareness.
- Transports frames from work station to holding area. Return damaged parts for replacement.
- Write frame number on completed frame.
- Transports frames from work station to holding area.
- Properly store tools and supplies at the end of each shift.
- Maintains neat and orderly work station.
- Wears required safety glasses; works safely and reports unsafe conditions to Dept. Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Education:
- Minimum two (2) years of Plywood Frame Assembly experience required.
Required Skills:
- Must have ability to learn quickly and recognize parts.
- Must use staple gun for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift/remove frames from bucks. Frames can be in excess of 70 lbs.
- Must be able to read tickets and job notes.
- This position requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
- Must perform job with safety as a top priority.
- Must be able to show up to work on-time and take direction from supervisor(s).
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for nine (9) hours or more daily.
- Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
