Summary
Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the recently built, state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

The Cook 4 position requires a positive work ethic and advanced culinary skills with the ability to independently lead a shift in the absence of a Chef. This position will work directly with the Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to create an unforgettable dining experience for facility participants. Cook 4 candidates should be proficient in all positions in the kitchen, and may be responsible for training other colleagues as well as working independently with no supervision.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have advanced culinary experience in a full service kitchen environment and display the ability to lead a shift in the absence of a supervisor
A true desire to deliver exceptional service and product to enhance the facility's participant dining experience
The ideal candidate will have previous Sushi experience
Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout work shift
Ability to perform repetitious duties in a fast paced setting
Vaccinated individuals will be required to disclose proof of full COVID-19 vaccination on the first date of employment. Unvaccinated individuals may be required to comply with additional safety measures.
