Porter / Custodial Attendant

Experience some of the most state-of-the art condominium communities in Seattle by joining Columbia Hospitality! Help ensure the property is looking pristine by working alongside the public area attendants to keep areas clean from trash, cleaning or straightening indoor/outdoor areas, and maintaining an organized environment. Respond quickly to internal and external requests while also following health and safety protocols. Develop your professional presence by connecting with residents and exceeding their expectations by being responsive, engaged, and following-through on all requests. • Minimum 1 year housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
