We are looking for an experienced practice administrator to join our team!
Summary
We are seeking a practice administrator who will have overall responsibility for leadership, strategic planning, delivery, human resources, compliance, evaluation, and fiscal management of the practice.
This person will be responsible for long-term strategic planning, stakeholder partnerships, compliance (including HIPAA, OSHA & CLIA) and human resources. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the independent physician group philosophy. The Practice Administrator works closely with the managing partner and the highly skilled management team to ensure that the necessary support is provided to all staff to meet the growth and financial objectives of the practice while maintaining service excellence. Responsibilities include development and implementation of office policies and procedures and ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards.
Desired skills include demonstrated competency in leadership, communication, organization, analysis, technical / IT knowledge, time management with proven understanding of healthcare strategy, and long-term planning.
Importance placed on integrity, critical thinking, process improvement, interpersonal relationship development, discretion, and confidentiality.
Required: Five years of senior leadership experience in a physician-owned practice setting; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. CMPE or FACMPE through MGMA highly preferred.
