They are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated Practice Manager with operational and people management expertise to oversee their staff and work hand-in-hand with the physician owner to successfully grow the practice.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; master’s degree in business, health administration, or related field preferred.
2-3 years of medical practice management experience, ideally in a specialty that included both insurance and “fee for service” or patient direct pay services.
Experience with EMR software, ideally eClinicalWorks.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Operational and process management skills, with the ability to identify and implement process changes.
Inspirational and hands-on people management skills to recruit, onboard, train, develop, and mentor staff.
High-level customer service skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills (especially Excel) and technological savvy, with the ability to gain efficiencies through technology.
Financial competence; familiarity with QuickBooks Online a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Eagerness to learn and grow with the practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff development and management, including hiring, training, and disciplining staff, holding people accountable, and administering policies and benefits.
Practice operations, including identifying and implementing areas for improvement, overseeing and training staff on EMR use, and evaluating patient flow and office operations.
Financial management in cooperation with physician owner, bookkeeper, and accountant.
Risk management, including implementing and monitoring the compliance plan.
Marketing initiatives to enhance cosmetic patient revenue.
