Otterbein Early Education Center in Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania is looking for a qualified individual to co-teach in our Preschool room.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelors or associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Ed, Child Development or Special Education with at least 30 ECE credits.
• Minimum 2 year preschool teaching experience

Will consider applicants with valid Preschool CDA certification and 2+ years preschool teaching experience, but pay rate will be lower than listed.

Responsibilities include preparing and implementing age appropriate activities in accordance with center's vision, NAEYC standards and the PA Early Learning Standards. You will also be responsible for observations, assessments and ongoing professional development.

The individual filling this role needs to be detail oriented and organized

This is a full-time position beginning when filled.

A $1000 hiring bonus will be paid in two installments at 45 days and 90 days of employment.
