COMPENSATION: UP TO $16 PER HOUR

For the Kitchen Prep/Dishwasher position, we're looking for a hard-working candidate that's ready to learn quickly and add value in our kitchen! Our ideal candidate is:

• Passionate about preparing delicious, fresh food!
• A team player: Engaged communication and teamwork with other kitchen staff; strong work ethic; reliably on time
• Willing to help maintain pristine kitchen cleanliness, and wash dishes when needed, in addition to daily & weekly cleaning responsibilities in between and after prep duties
• Attentive and mindful when operating and cleaning valuable kitchen equipment
• Capable of maintaining an orderly work environment and putting away/organizing truck deliveries 3-4 times weekly
• Fully knowledgeable of all prep procedures and our food quality standards, as well as food-safe practices

Olive U Mediterranean Grill is an exciting, fresh, new experience for those who want to choose fresh and healthy choices when dining out. We are a new chain of fast casual restaurants in South Florida, specializing in gyros, salads and hand crafted Mediterranean flavored bowls.
