$15.00 per hour + Tips (est. tips at $2.50 per hour) *
Position Summary
The Prep Team Member is responsible for prepping ingredients and food for use throughout the day, maintaining cleanliness and sanitazation of the prep area, and setting up the ktichen for operations. You will follow all food safety and security procedures, and conduct any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team. This position requires availability from 6:00 am - 2 pm. Training will be at our Beaverton, Tualatin or Eugene locations.
What you will do?.
The Prep Team Member will work productively in a fast-paced environment, maintain a fast speed of service, interact with Guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, follow all food safety and security procedures, and conduct other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.
A Day in the Life of?.
- Prepping food and assembling ingredients for a fast and productive day.
- Work together with other Teammates to prepare items on the DHC menu while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
- Use specific kitchen machinery/equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, warmers, etc.
- Ensure Restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms.
- Handle guests? concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to Restaurant Policy.
