JOB SUMMARY:

The Presentation Specialist's primary role will be to create PowerPoint presentations for our Executive Sales team. This candidate will need to learn the INSPIRE brand and follow the brand guidelines to create PowerPoint templates and presentations for sales proposals.

We are looking for someone who can work with Executive Sales on custom templates and changes without straying from the brand guidelines. The presentations and templates are to be built within PPT and NOT within Illustrator, InDesign, or another design program. Use of Photoshop to enhance images will be necessary but this is not a graphic designer position.

What you will be doing:

• Learning the brand and staying within its guidelines, getting creative within that brand
• Build the presentation within PPT and NOT within Illustrator, InDesign, or another program
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Research images within the INSPIRE's photo library
• Be able to use Photoshop to enhance images when necessary
• Other duties and projects as assigned within the Creative department

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of experience
• Associates degree or higher or relevant experience in graphic design or presentation development
• Must send PPT samples (links are ideal / if sending .pdf keep less than 1mg per file)
• Industry experience within an agency or corporate environment
• Ability to think conceptually and with design intelligence
• PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Microsoft excel software
• Self-starter, team player, shows initiative, quick learner, organized, great time management skills, ambitious, resourcefulness, sense of urgency/grace under pressure, punctual, hard-working, detail-oriented, conscientious team player, strong sense of confidence and maturity, comfortable working in an open fast-paced, results-oriented environment, professional and positive attitude, multitasker
