Preventative Maintenance Mechanic (Gas/Diesel)

Our First Student facility in Opelousas, LA needs a reliable Preventative Maintenance Mechanic (gas/diesel engine) to join our team. Each Preventative Maintenance Mechanic must be properly licensed and have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service. We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits.

Description

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Perform multi-point inspections.
• Balance and rotate tires.
• Check air pressure of tires.
• Check fluid levels and top off as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• A minimum of 1+ years hands-on auto maintenance experience and/or vocational training.
• Must have appropriate mechanic’s tool set.
