Job description

• The Pricebook Coordinator will be responsible for data sources and related tasks
• Responsible for setting up new products in the retail price book system which includes entering costs of products
• Will work closely with the finance department to maintain accurate pricing and within standard gross margin at each branch
• Verifies data accuracy to assist branches in maintenance of item inventory information
• Communicate with all stakeholders of significant changes to include price increase but not limited to.
• Continue to review data integrity import and export to Service Titan
• Process request within 72 hours
• Accuracy of reporting at 90% or greater
• Communicate timely and effectively with vendors, accounting, executive staff and IT to resolve problems
• Assist branch managers with pricing discrepancies and help solve problems
• Ensure Supervisors are made aware of any discrepancies or difficulties
• Maintain all naming conventions, descriptions, formats, and customer-facing literature to company standard
• Maintain all existing GL accounts in the price book and communicate with accounting when adding a new task
• Proficiency in utilizing excel to do match-ups with sort, filters and lookups
• Basic working knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses
