Workplace:
Onsite 3-4 months training at our Nashville, TN office, hybrid- 2, 3 days past the training pe riod

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Pricing/Data Integrity Specialist who can serve as a core Lifeline team member, providing exceptional service to all customers and business partners, as well as be a subject matter expert for all pricing, billing, and finance-related questions and processes with the following key responsibilities

  • Capturing timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and reporting standards of all aspects of the pricing and billing functions in both manual and electronic platforms
  • Serving as the single point of contact for Salesforce and PeopleSoft
  • Managing and controlling contractual compliance tasks
  • Generating and analyzing pricing reports and compliance-related risks; as well make recommendations for mitigating threats and resolving issues for all business models
  • Facilitating teach-backs related to enhancements to the department
  • Collaborating closely with inter and intra-departmental teams such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Accounting to ensure smooth project implementation, and the resolution of pricing discrepancies
  • Managing and analyzing incoming and outgoing pricing and contractual communications with both internal and external customers
  • Monitoring and ensuring pricing and billing data integrity for all business models and products to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Calculate Quarterly Marketing Fees
  • Calculate and support all Transition Payouts
  • Support all B2B/GSD and Sr. Living Pricing Updates and system support.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required and/or assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Medical billing experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of reporting, data analysis, data integrity assurance, and customer service experience supporting a large organization.
  • Strong Customer Service Philosophy. Demonstrates exemplary customer service through demeanor, approach to relationships with employees and customers, and leadership style.
  • Superior Excel Skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, function in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to think independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and have a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Planning, organizing, and effective time management skills
  • Sense of urgency to ensure all deadlines/requests are completed timely.
  • Work cross-functional with various teams across the organization.
