We are looking for a full-time outpatient Primary Care provider to join our new growing practice located in Rochester, NH our Primary Care practices include a supportive integrated team of providers including Physicians, Advances Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, and a team of Case Manager professionals.

Qualifications

We require a Board Certified Physician, with the ability to be licensed in the State of NH. Knowledge of EPIC helpful, but not required.
