Job description
Our CGC White Bear Lake location is currently seeking a Printing Plate Mounter (experienced or entry level) to join our team. This position will require:
- Review customer orders, specifications, and drawing samples to assemble the required material for the mounting job to be completed.
- Ability to visually perceive errors in films and finished plates. Must be able to read an order, comprehend drawing, layouts and samples.
- Visually inspect finished printing plates for variance, upon completion of mounting, ink the plates and run final proof for customer.
- Ability to read and mark measurements down to a sixty-fourth of an inch. Ability to perceive forms based upon folding, bending, and manipulating surfaces.
- Ability to recognize problems which interfere with any objectives above, and effectively communicate with peers and key decision makers to resolve.
- Lifting up to 45lbs.

Must be able to pass drug screen, and provide a criminal background report for consideration. Completion of High School with a diploma or GED is required as well.
