What you will do

You’ll be an expert in process improvement. You’ll work with teams of all sizes to help them become more efficient, effective, and productive through the implementation of best practices and other proven techniques.

Process consultants may be involved at any stage of the process improvement cycle—you might help to identify areas for improvement, design new processes, implement those processes, monitor their effectiveness over time, etc.

How you will do it

Process consultants typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Providing recommendations on how to improve organizational performance by making changes to the way work is done in specific areas
• Developing and implementing plans for improving efficiency and increasing productivity in organizations
• Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to identify trends and problems in an organization’s processes
• Conducting training sessions to educate employees on new processes or policies that have been implemented
• Creating reports detailing findings and recommendations based on analysis of data collected during assessments
• Developing new processes or improving existing ones to increase efficiency or effectiveness in an organization
• Creating detailed flowcharts to show how processes should work and how they currently work
• Recommending improvements to processes based on analysis of data collected during assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
• 2+ years professional experience in process improvement, process design, or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
