This position supports a new Rebate Research pilot whose central tenant is to actively seek and obtain missing clinical, benefit, and formulary information that is necessary for timely and accurate manufacturer billings. The team will be charged with developing playbooks and the proper level of stakeholder engagement aimed at eliminating the gaps and blind spots of rebate research, shifting the focus on “pulling” the data necessary for the rebate operations team to successfully administer the rebate agreements on behalf of our clients thereby mitigating our financial risk.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of Total Professional Experience
  • 3 or more years of formulary, rebate, contract interpretation, and/or training/teaching experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Management or team leadership experience
  • Pharmaceutical industry, drug products, and manufacturer rebate contracts experience
  • CVS Caremark Benefit Design and Formulary experience with prescription claims adjudication and the RxClaim platform
  • Experience querying data via SQL and other analytical tools
  • Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with large data sets

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
