About the AmeriCorps VISTA Program: As an AmeriCorps VISTA member you will be able to choose an education award or cash stipend after completing your year of service. The value of the education award is $6,895. The award can be used to pay for future educational training and related expenses or to repay existing eligible federal student loans. The cash stipend is $1,800. AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) (www.americorps.gov/vista) is an anti-poverty program that provides full-time service members to nonprofit organizations that serve low-income communities.

Pay Rate $17,600 annual Living Allowance.
Full Time: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Audit and analyze the existing operational processes and training methods
• Create spreadsheets, dashboards, and databases that automate and optimize processes, and reduce opportunities for human error
• Create training materials for L&E Department

Requirements:

• Strong communication, with collaborative approach to the workplace, and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to work patiently in high-activity, high-energy, noisy environments
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check
