$1,000 Hiring Bonus for External Candidates

Innophos is seeking a Process Technician II for our nutrition plant in East Hanover, New Jersey. The Process Technician will be responsible for carrying out all of the jobs in the production process of bulk dietary ingredients including but not limited to milling, screening, sampling, blending, wet granulation, and roller compaction. The Process Technician will have responsibility for compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.

The wage for this position is between $20.86 - $23.18/hr and is based on qualifications, experience, and skills.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to follow production Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP s) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s)
• Loading/Unloading of production equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment
• Completion of cleaning logs and batch records
• Packing of completed material
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Follows all environmental, health and safety protocols
• Proactively attempts to prevent all accidents and eliminate all unsafe conditions
• Demonstrates management s commitment to safety

• Upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period, you are eligible to receive a hiring bonus up to $1,000 (less taxes)

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Similar or related experience desired

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, food processing preferred
• Understanding of basic math and English reading and communication skills to perform essential functions of the job
• Clear understanding of weights and measurements

Environmental and/or Physical Requirements

• Work is performing in the Plant and may require the use of protective clothing & personal devices: Safety shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, mask, goggles, insulated gloves, safety harness, hair net, slicker suit, and self-contained breathing apparatus
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs.), squatting, standing, bending, walking
