Summary:

The Product and Support Technician, position will assist in the development, maintenance, and support of all equipment. This individual must maintain effective customer (Internal) relationships; as well as effective communication and coordination with various other groups

The Systems Technician is expected to be able to assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the most effective application of current Client/Server technologies to projects.
  • Adherence to standards, policies, and development guidelines.
  • Run small to medium projects. Includes defining scope, business requirements, technical design, development, implementation, and support. May include the development of project plans and resource scheduling.
  • Meeting with internal & external customers to document business and process requirements.

Duties:

  • Approaches problems with curiosity and open-mindedness.

  • Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency, simplicity and revenue.

  • Ability to navigate desktop support work utilizing Apple products
  • Protects confidential information.


Off-hours availability for support, problem determination, and problem resolution of production systems is required.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum AAS; BA or BS degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of IS technology
