As a Product Designer, you contribute to the creation of a frictionless experience that empowers and delights customers. pursuing pixel perfect design and striving to raise the bar. Partnering with Design/UXR, Product management, and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class user experiences that enable access to Crypto/Web3. What You'll Do

• Champion user-centered design.
• Ensuring customers have delightful, seamless and usable interactions.
• Ideate and Design UX screens and flows that fit into a larger design system.
• Break down technically complex problems and develop customer-centered solutions
• Foster collaborative relationships with Design, Product, and UXR.
• Actively contribute to constructive design reviews and deliver quality.

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
• Have a bias towards action.

• Experience working with designers, product management, and engineering.
• Track record of key contributions to successful digital products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $133,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year
