Product Development Validation Engineer

Productive Resources (www.pr-engservices.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will execute approved Enterprise Product Delivery Process Project.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

• Conduct design reviews
• Create component and system technical requirements for complex design and development activities while working closely with technical and cross-functional personnel
• Procure parts for fit up, lab & field validation activities as required
• Physically support field & lab test activities and vehicle builds as required
• Manage project timeline and cost in support of project requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and perform field validation tests for new and current products.
• Estimate and control budget for validation tests.
• Validate performance, durability, and agronomic benefits of new and current products.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and key partners to run prototypes and collect feedback.
• Support the engineering team on root cause analysis of field problems and suggest solution and/or containment action.
• Provide valuable contributions for product evolution and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology from an accredited College or University
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical design and/or development experience with components and systems of reciprocating internal combustion engines and/or engine-driven packaged equipment.
