SUMMARY:
To remain competitive and relevant to our customers, WesBanco consistently evaluates our product offerings and modifies existing products, or creates new products to address our customer needs. These product offerings require oversight and management to ensure they are properly designed, vetted, approved and implemented in accordance with the approval.

The Product Implementation Officer will work with the shared services areas of the bank to assist with product implementation, or product modifications. In addition, the Product Implementation Officer will work with the business line to manage the entire product lifecycle and to ensure that products are meeting their objectives.

LOCATION:
This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with business line Product Managers to develop the requirements, structure and business case for product changes.

Works with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Profitability and other interested parties to develop the details of the product that are necessary to gain approval.

Develops the deliverables and gain approval of product modifications or new products. Ensures changes to the approved product are reauthorized prior to implementation.

Coordinates with the business line and plans and executes the implementation of the product change. Works with Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales and other required parties to ensure that the product is implemented consistently with the approval.

Ensures all appropriate product documentation including, but not limited to customer agreements, disclosures, procedures, internal communications, and marketing and advertising materials are developed consistently with the approval and cataloged and maintained in a centrally accessible location.

Monitors the performance of the product after deployment to track its performance against the approved business case and documents the success or failure of the product change. The Product Implementation Officer, in conjunction with the business line Product Manager, presents this information to senior management.

Works closely with the business line Product Managers to identify opportunities for improvement of their products and further develop these opportunities to begin the new or modified product lifecycle.

Other duties may be assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote and Outlook.

Ability to learn MSProject, Visio and web-based software applications.

Four year Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of course work, certifications and related work experience in Project or Product Management.

Minimum of four years of Product Management or Banking experience required.
